What is the difference between the Low carb, Lifestyle and Limitless meals?

We know not everyone has the same aims or appetites. That’s why we offer our meals in 3 sizes and tailored to make sure there is no compromise in flavour. If you are after a lower calorie meal the Low carb option is perfect for you, all the right flavours but no added carbs. If you are an active person who wants to eat healthily with sensible portion sizes that are nutritionally balanced then the Lifestyle meals are the ones for you. If you are putting some serious time in the gym and need to fuel your workouts, the Limitless meals are a great training partner. They are significantly bigger but still remain well balanced and delicious.

Can I get the meals delivered to my house?

Great news. If you have a Wolverhampton (WV…), Telford (TF….), Kidderminster (DY….) or Worcester (WR…) postcode you can have meals delivered straight to your door. Our current local delivery day is Tuesday, just make sure you beat the 3pm Sunday cut off point. We are also now delivering to Crossfit SY1 in Shrewsbury on Wednesday mornings.

Live outside these areas? No problem, we can now send your meals straight to your home or work. We use DPD to deliver our meals in insulated cold boxes so now you can enjoy TLC meals wherever you are. You will get a text message on the day of delivery that will give you a one hour time slot of when your meals will be delivered. Not going to be in? Don’t worry. Just make sure you respond to the courier with a safe place to leave the insulated cold box or an instruction to leave with a neigbour and they will be waiting for you when you can’t get home. Due to the food being fresh, it can not be returned to the courier depot so it is important that you nominate a safe place to leave the meals.The delivery day for these meals is Wednesdays, just make sure you order before 3pm on Sunday.

Due to the nature of the business, once the meals have been passed to the courier The Limitless Chefs DO NOT take further responsibility for them. Please call your local DPD depot or 01212750500 if you have any question regarding your delivery.

I am a member of one of your hubs, how do I get my meals?

Simple, when you purchase your meals you can select the gym or club from a list. We will then deliver all your meals there ready for you to collect after your workout. It’s a great way for you to combine practicality and convenience.

How long do the meals last?

We aim to get the meals to you as fresh as possible. As we don’t use any preservatives or nasty additives, we recommend that you freeze any meals that won’t be eaten within 3 days to keep them as vibrant and tasty as the day they were made. Then simply defrost them when needed. If heating straight from frozen please make sure the whole meal is piping hot throughout.

Can I subscribe so I don’t have to enter my details every week?

Definitely, this is something our customers had been asking for and we’re happy to make the ordering process even easier.

Simply head over to the subscriptions section and add one of our choices to your basket. You will be billed weekly until you decide to stop. No faffing just great, convenient food. Not going to be around for a week? Let us know and we can hold off delivery for that week so you won’t waste any meals. After you have subscribed you will receive weekly emails that will let you pick the meals you want. Don’t worry if you forget to respond, we will simply pick a delicious range for you. If one of our subscription products doesn’t quite match your needs, just let us know and we can sort an amazing deal for you!

How does the chef’s special work?

This one is really simple. We know that people can fall in to the trap of eating the same food week in and week out so we are here to help. Variety is the spice of life, so let us pick your menu for the week and send you a selection of great dishes. There will be some off the main menu and some new additions to keep you on your toes. This is by far our most popular option and customers love the convenience.

Can I see what I ordered before?

Yes. Can’t remember the name of your favourite dish? No worries. Simply log in to your account and you can look back through your orders and find those knockout dishes. You can even repeat an order, so if you don’t have to go through the process again.

What if I’m vegetarian?

No problem, just contact us and we will go through the options with you.
