Ever wanted to cook Indian food like they do in the restaurants? Fed up of getting your food out of a jar or the microwave? Join the TLC for a day in Indian cookery. We will be cooking an authentic Punjab Rogan Josh, a dry vegetable curry of potato and spinach, onion bhajis, flat breads dips and salads! Perfect for a winters day.
As always, the course will cover everything you need to know, including meat and vegetable preparation and how to get the best from the wonderful spices associated with this cuisine. Vegetarian? No problem. Just let us know and we will make sure we have everything you need.
