We all know that sausage and egg is an amazing combo but who said they always had to be in sandwich?? This is a simple, quick and delicious alternative that will get your taste buds melting. All you will need is:
This is really simple to make and only takes seconds to put together. Start by roughly chopping the tomatoes, spring onions and slicing the cooked sausage (or ham).
Rub a knob of butter around the ramekin to stop everything from sticking. Then pile the sausage, tomatoes and spring onions into the bottom of the ramekin and sprinkle with a little salt. Crack the egg over the top and drizzle with a little oil. Then simply put them in the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes and they are ready to eat.
Why not prep the ramekins the night before then all you have to do in the morning is crack some eggs and place in the oven!
