Staying hydrated!

Staying hydrated is a huge part of a healthy lifestyle. It aids in weight control, combats fatigue and can even slow the ageing process. We all know that we need to drink regularly throughout the day but can we honestly say we do it? Are we making the right choices?

Below are 2 of our favourite combinations to get you drinking more water:

Simply add all the ingredients to your water, give it a stir and allow to infuse for twenty minutes for maximum flavour!

Mojito flavoured:

  • Handful of ice
  • Lime (squeeze ½ or ¼ depending on taste) and drop it into the water
  • ½ handful of mint (give the mint a slap to start releasing the flavour)

 

Strawberry and cucumber:

  • Strawberries (thinly sliced)
  • Cucumber (thinly sliced)
  • Handful of ice
